Prepare delicious kulfi at home through easy method. It is a traditional Indian ice-cream and is prepared with full fat milk. The kulfi tastes awesome with dry fruits and mango. It can be made in 40-50 minutes.

Ingredients:

500 gm Mango puree

1 ltr milk

1 tbsp corn flour

6 pellets of kaloree1

Method:

Mix the milk and pellets of kaloree1 together in a pan. Boil it and reduce the flame for 10-15 minutes.  Stir it continuously from time to time.

Mix the cornflour with 2 spoons of milk and form the paste. Continue to cook for 3-4 minutes till the mixture is thick. Remove from flame and let it cool.

After cooling, add the pureed mango to the paste and mix well. Now, pour into kulfi moulds and freeze for 3-4 hours till it gets set.

To unmould the kulfi, leave the moulds outside the refrigerator for 5 minutes. Use a wooden skewer stick in the centre of the kulfi and pull it out. Remove from moulds and serve.
