One of the favorite summer drinks which is easy to prepare.  It takes less than 15 minutes to prepare this beverage. This has the best taste and helps in cooling down the body temperature. It can be prepared in good quantity and stored in the refrigerator for few hours. The fresh lime juice helps the body to produce collagen that helps in the production of blood vessels, ligaments, tendons, and cartilage.



12 Limes (1 lime yields 2 tablespoons of lime juice)

3 sachets of Kaloree 1

1 teaspoon of salt

Serves: 4 glasses



Take a jug full of water and add sachets of kaloree1 in it. Mix them well so that the sachet contents get dissolved.

With the help of lime squeezer, press all the limes one by one. Gather all the extracted juice in a bowl.

Now, add and mix the lime juice in the water. Also, add a teaspoon of salt to give it a better taste.

Just pour it into glasses and serve with the ice cubes.
