Be honest to yourself – If you are used to munch after every short span of time then go for healthy treats. Munch on fresh fruits and vegetable salads. Avoid intake of too much salt and sugar in food. Add unsalted butter and artificial sweeteners in your daily diet.
No more skipping of the meals – Along with keeping an eye on what we are eating, it is also important to become conscious about how we are eating. Skipping breakfast and gobbling a lot at the time of lunch is an improper way. Try to have a healthy breakfast, 3-4 small meals throughout the day and follow the schedule with a light dinner at the early evening hours.
Follow proper way – Enjoy food by chewing it properly. Drink at least 8-10 glasses per day. It helps in digestion and make you feel energetic throughout.
Additional requirements – Try to include few dairy products like low skimmed milk, cheese and yogurt. If possible, avoid excess consumption of saturated fats like butter, meat as they increase the risk of heart problems.
