Sugar is a curse in our lives; we all know that. What we don’t know is here we are not just talking about ‘sugar’ per se. Almost everything we eat contains different forms of sugar. Therefore, just banning those sweet crystals from your life is not enough. You need to substitute it with a healthier option, eat right and exercise regularly.
