Kaju Barfi is one of the most delicious Indian desserts. It is traditionally served at special occasions. The topping done by the silver leaf makes it look more attractive. This sweet is commonly served and gifted to near and dear ones on the festivals.

Ingredients:
250 gm cashew nuts
2 sachets of Kaloree1
240 ml milk
Silver leaves – for decoration
Greased plate – to set the Barfi
Method:
Take cashews and milk, and blend them in a blender to form a fine paste.
Cook the paste on a low heat and then bring it down the flame.
Let it cool and now mix the contents of Kaloree1 in it. Roll it on to a greased surface, with a greased rolling pin.
Now cover with the silver leaf and leave it for an hour or more. Then cut it into diamond shaped pieces.
