Cheesecake, an Appetiser for the Tongue

My friend goes nuts when it comes to food. I bet you will never come across a crazier food enthusiast than her. She loves eating and anyone who lectures about her weight, she eats them too. Well jokes apart, today when I asked her to describe cheesecake, she simply replied “heavenly”.  I totally agree with her, cheesecakes are really heavenly. It is the perfect remedy that pleases your appetite and deletes the dullness from it.

Commitment towards your kitchen often expresses how passionate you’re for food. So this is for all the foodies who are unable to resist their temptation. Let’s learn the art of perfect cake making and execute it with total precision.

Ingredients required:

  • 200gm mascarpone cheese or cream cheese
  • 2 lemons
  • 200gms heavy cream
  • A pinch of salt
  • 6 pellets Kaloree1

Steps to prepare:

  1. Take a mixing bowl, add cream cheese and lemon juice and stir till it becomes smooth.
  2. Add heavy cream and the rest of the ingredients and stir nicely.
  3. Taste and add Kaloree1 pellets according to your requirement.
  4. Pipe into serving glasses and add a sprinkle of lemon zest if required.
  5. Refrigerate it and serve yourself with delicious cakes.

Cake adds happiness in an occasion, whether it be a birthday, engagement or marriage. Make sure the cake looks tantalizing to the eyes, as it is the center of attraction in every occasion. This is the reason we have to give our best as the appearance of the finished product is very important.
