My Lifestyle Companion

I come from a family of restaurateurs so food was something that was imbibed in our day-to-day lives. With that, the gluttony for sweets came by default. Innovating new dishes and tasting several desserts before putting them on the menu made me insulin resistant. Insulin is a hormone that helps in controlling the amount of sugar (glucose) in the blood.  It is a very common lifestyle problem that refuses to go away and as a result, I entered the much dreaded pre-diabetic stage.  I lost my drive to work, started suffering from palpitations and became flabby; therefore, lazy. It not only affected me physically but mentally and emotionally too. I started procrastinating to the extent of my finances being affected.

I went to see the doctor again and even when his prognosis was that I will become diabetic; I never lost hope. I took it upon myself to turn my life around and become the go-getter that I was. I started exercising and walking in order to delay the onset of the disease. Being a young man and suffering from such lifestyle issues jolted me from inside. I made huge dietary changes too. I included green leafy and boiled vegetables primarily with just the apt amount of protein, carbohydrates, and fat; just enough to keep me going. The major life changing decision was to switch to Kaloree 1 and ban all kinds of processed sugars or sugary foods. Within few days my blood tests results started coming in towards the normal range and eventually I was freed from the pre-diabetic stage; all thanks to Kaloree 1.

I found my happiness in Kaloree 1. I cannot stress enough that it is the healthiest lifestyle choice that you need to make right now!
