Our society is moving towards an era where we are compromising on our health and well-being.  We are making our lives difficult and more complicated.  We don’t even realize that a part of our life has gotten wasted in the clinics and hospitals.

Diabetes, which hardly affected anyone a few decades ago, now seems to have crippled our society.  We are facing serious issues in dealing with diabetes, which is now distressing every other person.  The issue cannot be neglected and precautions,  if not taken at the right time, may lead to serious complications.

Here is a list of a few symptoms which will help you in detecting the disease as soon as possible:

  1. Increased thirst and recurrent urination:

A rise of sugar levels in our bloodstream results in the formation of excessive fluids in our body. Due to this we tend to feel thirsty and as a result, we drink in excess and urinate more than usual.

  1. Fatigue:

When our cells are deprived of the normal sugar quantity, we tend to feel more tired and get exhausted very easily.

  1. Blurred eye-sight:

The excess amount of sugar present in our blood draws fluids out of our lenses. This makes our eyesight blurry and we face difficulties in focusing things.

  1. Increase in hunger:

When the cells are deprived of sugar, our muscles and organs require more energy to function properly.  Due to lack of energy, we feel  hungry.

  1. Unnecessary weight loss:

Even after having enough food,  we start becoming thin. As our body becomes incapable of metabolizing glucose, it searches for alternative fuels present in fats and muscles, thus, we start losing weight.

However, a proper diet and regular exercise are always recommended to both diabetic and non-diabetic people. Eliminating sugar and replacing it with Kaloree1 is the best solution as it helps you in staying fit.
