It’s time to stay fit

I jumped out of my bed, at midnight when I saw this guy on TV, boasting about how he lost 20 kgs in 3 months. It was a big deal even for a 25 year old, I thought. He mentioned how he got rid of the white flour and other starchy and fried stuff, even sugar for god sake!

Now here I am, a huge round ball, a lazybones who can’t get out of bed to exercise to save my life!

I was lying in the bed, completing my college assignments, and the very thought of climbing those stairs to reach the classroom, made me shudder. I am quite jealous of my room partners who are fit and enjoy their football while I sit in a corner and simply applaud.

These thoughts kept haunting me throughout the week. And I decided to do just something about my weight. Internet said I am obese. If I have to lose weight, it was time, I gave up my unhealthy eating habits. Pizzas and soft drinks wouldn’t do anymore, nada. I had to go stern on myself and realized my body needed to move more and that I needed a good workout! It was tough at first. Giving up sleep, slogging in the gym, and giving up your favorite food, which leads to more cravings! Since I couldn’t cut down on my morning cuppa coffee, I decided to welcome Kaloree1 in my life. It is an artificial sweetener which sweetens the food but doesn’t compromise on your health.

My morning now starts with an intensive workout and I’m happier than before. Guess what, by saying no to greasy, sugary food, eating more healthy stuff and by using Kaloree1, I have already started losing weight!

If you are one of those who desire to be fit but are having a tough time giving up on your couch, I would say it is never too late to give up on your laziness. A small fix in your food habits and including healthier options such as Kaloree1 will definitely help.
